I have been having a hard time losing weight for much of my life. Well, that is not exactly an accurate statement. I started to be overweight when I was maybe 16 years old, and I have been, to varying degrees, overweight since that point in time. I have been looking into ways of improving my strength and getting better at basketball at work, because I am pretty much the only big man on our company team. I gained a lot of weight between having all four of my children. there is only five years difference from the oldest to the youngest child so I thought that I did not give my body a rest and I probably should have or I may not have gained all of the weight that I did. When I first joined a fitness gym, I thought that I would be riding stationary bikes and doing laps in the pool. I could not have been more wrong though.
